Trimble Yuma - exotic tablet in a crazy price

           SDG Systems Company proudly announced to the world that in its bid appeared to be quite unusual tablet - Trimble Yuma - with Ubuntu 10.4 on board. SDG writes, "is a new, rugged military grade tablet."
  

       
                Do not worry, you can be tempted to declare that Trimble Yuma age looks like an invention designed for military use. However, it is hardly surprising - the manufacturer has decided to respond to user requests:
         
"Our customers told us they needed a strong military grade tablet with Linux on board. Thus, we are pleased to offer them this option."

 
                   


Specification of the new tablet is as follows:

- Intel Atom Z530 1.6 GHz;

- 1 GB DDR2 RAM;

- 7-inch touch screen with 1024 by 600 pixels;

- SSD with a capacity of 32 GB;

- Wi-Fi;

- Bluetooth;

- GPS;

- Two built-in cameras (2 and 1.3-megapixel);

- SDIO card slot;

- Slot for 34-pin ExpressCard;

- Outputs for headphones and microphone;

- By default, Windows 7 installed with Linux installation;

- Two working batteries for a total of 8 hours.


                     
    There's no denying that the new tablet, especially in view of today's equipment market, at least it looks exotic. But what is most notable about this case is the price. Now you can buy a Trimble Yume now for only $ 3695! The product is available directly to the manufacturer.
