Panasonic Toughpad - a new tablet for business

Panasonic will introduce a new Tablet PC software Toughpad using Red Bend Software for remote management of corporate fleets of mobile devices. With it you can install and update applications and share data based on user profile and its needs. This solution is dedicated especially for those companies that have a large fleet of mobile devices - for example, the sales network.

Companies wishing to use the new Panasonic Toughbook Tablet PC operating system Android now get the possibility to extend the functionality of these devices. It includes remotely install, remove and update any number of applications depending on demand. They can be prepared in the form of packets and made available to end users based on their profile - whether individual workers or workgroups.

The solution is designed primarily for companies that have large fleets of equipment. Management, with the centralization and the creation of appropriate profiles, it becomes less time consuming and expensive. Red Bend Software, for example, is able to compress the updates as much as 97 percent., Which significantly reduces the costs associated with the transmission of data. Additionally, you can set the period and place and block the update process when the device user is abroad and will have to use roaming.
Software management will be carried over wireless connections, including 3G, 4G and Wi-Fi, while maintaining data integrity. Only authorized users can gain access to software and data.

"Enterprise customers need a fixed capacity and fast software upgrade - not only necessary for work applications, but also the operating system. Panasonic Cooperation and Red Bend Software gives users the new tablet Toughpad new tools to be able to effectively use this device, "says Jacek Wielgus, Business Development Manager at Panasonic.
                       Toughpad
FZ-A1 Software Red Bend Software will be showcased at Mobile World Congress 2012, which will be held in Barcelona.
