V150 - Sony mysterious tablet

There are signs that Sony is working on two new tablets. The first is the already announced VAIO U, but what is the mysterious V150?

Sony disappointed at this year's Mobile World Congress, when it presented a single new Internet Tablet. Bitterness should not take long, because soon appear on the device is called the VAIO U, which offer not only a touch screen, sliding keyboard as well as physical. Although we are uncertain whether the VAIO U is a real tablet, it is highly unlikely.

If the VAIO U indeed exists, will be the second device, which is currently working on Sony. Another is a mysterious V150, whose performance tests appeared in the writings of the first NemaMark From published by Japanese site Ambelo information shows that the new tablet features a quad-Nvidia Tegra 3 system with a frequency of 1.4 GHz clock speed, operating system, Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich and a screen that boasts a resolution of 1280 x 752 pixels (WXGA).

While the first two parameters are new, so the presence of the display of such properties is reminiscent of already on the market for a new Sony  tablet Tablet S. Perhaps the V150 is its immediate successor, which will premiere soon?
