Your statement, "the price is prohibitive," means that you really don't understand what you are looking at. More properly, this is known as a 'slate PC.' This is not a tablet running a mobile processor or OS, ala iPad or Galaxy Tab. Essentially, you are looking at a small all-in-one PC or notebook without the keyboard.
